Intisari
Latar Belakang: Kanker merupakan penyakit dengan jumlah kematian
tertinggi kedua setelah penyakit jantung di dunia. Sebanyak 68.638 kasus kanker
ditemukan pada tahun 2013 di Jawa Tengah, di Yogyakarta ditemukan 4,1% per 1000
orang kasus kanker, adapun upaya deteksi dini yang dilakukan oleh (Departement Kesehatan) pada
penyakit kanker belum dapat tertangani secara optimal, dan di RSUD Panembahan
Senopati pada bulan Januari terdapat 282 kasus. Proses kemoterapi menimbulkan
masalah psikologis bagi pasien yaitu ganguan psychological well being. Gangguan psychological well being terjadi karena kurangnya kemampuan resiliensi.
Tujuan: Mengetahui
hubungan antara resiliensi dengan psychological well being pasien kanker
di RSUD Panembahan Senopati, Bantul, Yogyakarta.
Metode: Jenis Penelitian deskriptif korelasi dengan desain cross sectional terdiri dari 74 responden menggunakan tehnik purposive sampling. Variabel bebas resiliensi, variabel terikat psychological well being pasien kanker.
Hasil: Terdapat hubungan antara resiliensi dengan psychological well being pasien kanker di RSUD Panembahan Senopati
Bantul, dengan hasil uji Kendall Tau sebesar
0,539** dan didapatkan Zhitung sebesar 6,79401688 P value sebesar 0.000 (P < 0.05).
Kesimpulan: Ada hubungan antara resiliensi dengan psychological
well being pasien kanker di RSUD Panembahan Senopati Bantul Yogyakarta.
Rekomendasi dari hasil untuk pihak Rumah Sakit bisa menerapkan resiliensi untuk menghadapi gangguan psycholohical well being pada pasien
kanker.

Background: Cancer is the second highest number of
deaths after heart disease in the worldwide. Amounts 68.638 cases of
cancer at 2013 was found in Central Java, Yogyakarta 4.1% every 1,000 cases of cancer, while early detection
efforts undertaken by the (Department of Health) to cancer can not be handled
optimally, and in Panembahan Senopati hospitals in January there were 282 cases. The
process of chemotherapy cause psychological problems for patients with
disorders that psychological well being. Dosorders of psychological
well being due to a lack of resilience capability .
Objective: This study aimed to define the
correlation between resilience toward psychological
well being of cancer patients in Panembahan Senopati hospitals Bantul, Yogyakarta.

Methods: Research types descriptive
correlation with cross sectional design consisting of 74

the disruption psycholohical well being in cancer patients.
